Sasa Cabalquinto

Program Director, Founder

Sasa is a Filipina independent movement artist, Butoh dancer, choreographer, theater and film actress, and artist collaborator based in Manila whose pursuing the different possibilities of movement in the works of Japanese Butoh form through collaborative arts. An awardee of Alvin Erasga Tolentino Koreograpiya Award 2020, CCP Choreographers Series WiFiBody.PH New Choreographers Competition 2018 3rd Prize winner, and PUP Outstanding Achievement Awardee in the Arts in Dance 2014, she is one of the first Butoh practitioners in the Philippines and the first Filipina to study Butoh in Japan. She is also a former dance teacher and choreographer in Trumpets Playshop and The Addlib Dance Company, and with two concluded artist residencies in Para Sa Sining— a collective of cultural change makers, and Koryolab: Virtual Residency for local mid-career choreographers in the Philippines. Sasa is a recipient of Asia Arts and Culture Grant from Japan Foundation Manila and ParaSite NoExit Grant for Unpaid Artistic Labour in the Philippines for her work, Kapwa— Movement Project.


Arby Hamiya

Project Manager

Arby is a creative from Manila, Philippines. She is a multi-faceted graphic designer that loves to explore on animations and digital marketing. On most days, she works as a vibrant Marketing Director of Para Sa Sining, a collective of cultural change makers. On other days, she takes various plunges on painting, multimedia, photography, and assistance in different productions.


Cathee Supnet

Creative Director

Cathee is an interdisciplinary art director, illustrator, and digital collage artist who loves to explore surrealism, nature, objects, and the unlimited ways that they can be interconnected together. A former professional dancer, she is now currently focused on expanding her art in the digital space.


Alpauline Grace

Marketing Manager

Pau is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Manila and is currently taking her masters degree in theater at the
University of the Philippines – Diliman. She has been part of several productions in theater and events as a dynamic Stage Manager and Production Manager. In between, she also manages and organizes events and other activities.

Aeric Ang

Aeric Ang is currently taking AB Interdisciplinary Studies (Tracks in Cultural Heritage and Music Literature) in the Ateneo de Manila University. He is also a current member of the Kontemporaryong Gamelang Pilipino (Kontra-GaPi). Aeric’s musical interests range from avant-garde music, classical music, and folk music. Aeric makes music using the several instruments he collects in his free time.
